Julian Noble has been active in property investment since 2005, bringing over two decades of market experience to every client engagement. He graduated from the University of Leeds before building a career spanning the full spectrum of residential investment — from sourcing and structuring acquisitions to managing developer relationships across multiple markets.

Through CM2, Julian has developed direct partnerships with Aldar Properties and London Square, providing clients with authorised access to developments across London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Egypt.

Julian is also the Co-Founder of ConstructAI.uk, where he applies technology-driven thinking to complex, real-world sectors.

Samih Ghandour is a distinguished real estate principal with a career defined by precision, scale, and an instinct for value across some of the world's most competitive property markets.

His foundations were laid at PwC Abu Dhabi, where he advised leading hospitality groups across the UAE on high-value transactions, delivering sophisticated feasibility studies and investment-grade valuations that shaped landmark decisions in the region. It was here that Samih developed the analytical rigour and commercial discipline that would come to underpin everything he built thereafter.

In 2010, he established his own development platform in Germany — entering one of Europe's most demanding real estate environments and thriving within it. Over the years, he has grown that presence into a portfolio of considered residential and mixed-use schemes across Berlin, serving as both lead developer and asset manager throughout — a track record that speaks to his ability to conceive, finance, and deliver complex projects at the highest level.

Beyond development, Samih holds a strategic partnership in one of the UAE's foremost concrete enterprises, affording Square Centimeter rare on-the-ground intelligence across the Gulf's most active and ambitious development corridors.

Today, Samih operates simultaneously across the Middle East, Germany, and the United Kingdom — a breadth of reach that is as uncommon as it is invaluable.
