CM2 works from your mandate: your budget, objectives, location and intended use. We assess opportunities against it and tell you when something does not fit.
Commercial relationships
CM2 operates on the buyer side while receiving compensation from participating developer partners when a purchase completes. You are not charged a fee by CM2. Because developers pay CM2, we do not describe our advice as independent in an absolute sense, and we recommend independent legal, tax and financial advice.
Our Standards
- We separate verified facts from estimates, and say what is still unknown.
- Pricing, availability and any yield figures are indicative, subject to developer confirmation, and not guaranteed.
- No sensitive documents requested online — we do not ask for passports, IDs, or financial statements via the website.
- Human verification before any reservation — no automated commitments.
- Developer relationships, and how CM2 is paid, are disclosed at the outset.
